It was great to be with Governor Mike Braun today as he ceremonially signed my FAIRNESS Act to fight illegal immigration. Portions of the law are already in effect and the rest of the law will be in force in less than a month.

Today, I proclaimed June as Nuclear Family Month in Indiana.

As a father of four and grandfather of seven, I have seen firsthand the impact that loving, committed families can have across multiple generations. As we approach America’s 250th anniversary, this proclamation recognizes the important role families play in shaping the future of our state and our country.

Indiana will continue supporting policies that strengthen families and help the next generation thrive.

On this Memorial Day, we lift up the families of the fallen in prayer, thanking our merciful Lord for the bravery of soldiers who made the ultimate sacrifice. May our gracious Father bless our nation, strengthen her leaders and give comfort to the grieving. Today is a good day to walk the peaceful grounds of the Veterans National Memorial Shrine and Museum on O'Day Road and reflect on 250 years of sacrifices.

My statement on today’s certified election results showing me as the primary winner for Senate District 15:

Voters across the state decisively showed they want Republican candidates willing to fight for President Trump's America First Policies. With the election results for Senate District 15 certified, I am turning my attention to winning in November so that I can return to the Statehouse and advance policies that will make Indiana more affordable, safe and boldly conservative.

Indiana is a key state for the future of conservative values. I look forward to working with President Donald Trump, Gov. Mike Braun and my fellow candidates who won their primary races to get through the General Election so we can be a strong conservative caucus in the Senate.

I extend my gratitude to Senate District 15's Republican voters, President Trump and Gov. Braun, my husband and my family. I also thank the Allen County Election Board for meticulously counting votes and prioritizing accuracy over speed. On to November!

This is a WIN for LIFE! 👣 We have much more to do to protect life in Indiana, but we needed this law to stay intact and strong! Praise God!

Hoosier voters across the state sent a bold message that they want legislators who will fight for President Trump’s America First Policies. As we knocked on the doors of 8,300 homes, I kept hearing the need to fight for affordability and safety and security. I was proud to have President Trump and Gov. Braun’s endorsements for being the proven fighter who partners with them on conservative policies.

Indiana plays a vital role in advancing the conservative cause. I look forward to helping my fellow conservatives who won their primary races get through the General Election so we can work together as a strong unit in the Senate.

This was a long primary season, with a Senate District 15 primary fight that never needed to happen. Voters had a clear choice of two very different candidates. They chose the unwavering pro-life conservative who stands on principle, no matter the cost, rather than the candidate fielded last summer by an Attorney General and U.S. Senator hungry to hold influence.

I wish Darren Vogt the best as he turns his attention back to his other endeavors, including running Parlor Donuts with his son, continuing his term on the Northwest Allen County School Board, and in his employment as U.S. Sen. Jim Banks’ Special Assistant.

I thank God for the good gift of my children, grandchildren and my husband, Steve, with me every step of the way. I had an incredible campaign team and committed supporters and friends who also tirelessly stood with me. And I’m especially grateful to President Donald Trump and Gov. Mike Braun for recognizing my conservative records and endorsing me. It’s an honor to have their confidence and the confidence of the voters I’m humbled to serve.

President Donald Trump and Gov. Mike Braun endorsed me because they know I'm committed to advocating for affordability, safety and security, and pro-life protections. I'm the only Right to Life-endorsed candidate in the race. I have the grassroots support of our neighbors in Senate District 15.

Last session, I fought for America First policies in redistricting, passed my Indiana FAIRNESS Act on immigration enforcement, and passed my bill through the Senate to define gender as biological s*x to protect women's private spaces.
