Last Call for HART’s Hygiene Drive!!

There’s still time to donate and help support community members in need! We are accepting hygiene item donations through May 31 at both Penny Drip and Bittersweet.

Items like soap, shampoo, deodorant, toothbrushes, toothpaste, feminine hygiene products, and other basic necessities can make a huge difference for someone experiencing hardship.

Thank you to everyone who has donated and supported this drive so far — your generosity helps us continue serving our community with dignity and care. ❤️

It’s our final Resource Monday of Mental Health Awareness Month!

This month, we have talked about awareness, self-care, support, and the importance of mental wellness. As we close out the month, we want to remind our community that no one has to face difficult moments alone.

Support can come in many forms — friends, family, counselors, community organizations, support groups, or simply someone willing to listen. Reaching out for help is not a weakness, and checking in on others can make a meaningful impact.

Mental health matters every month, not just in May. Let’s continue creating conversations that reduce stigma, encourage connection, and remind people that hope and support are always important.

You are seen. You are valued. You are not alone. 🤍

Happy !

As we continue recognizing Mental Health Awareness Month, this week we are focusing on small ways to support your mental health each day.

Taking care of your mental well-being does not always require huge changes. Simple things like getting enough rest, spending time outside, staying connected with others, journaling, taking breaks, or asking for support can make a meaningful difference over time.

There is no one-size-fits-all approach to mental wellness, and small steps still matter. We encourage everyone to find healthy habits and coping skills that work best for them.

Remember: caring for your mental health is just as important as caring for your physical health. 🤍

This week, the Fort Wayne Police Department joins law enforcement agencies across the country in recognizing National Police Week, May 10–16, 2026. National Police Week honors officers who have lost their lives in the line of duty and recognizes the continued service of those who protect and serve their communities.

We pause to remember the officers who made the ultimate sacrifice, support the families and loved ones they left behind, and recognize the men and women who continue to answer the call each day.

Their service is not just a uniform, a badge, or a shift. It is a commitment to step forward when others need help, to serve with courage, and to stand ready in moments of uncertainty, danger, and loss.

To the officers of the Fort Wayne Police Department and law enforcement officers across our nation: thank you for your dedication, sacrifice, and service.

We remember the fallen. We support their families. We honor those who continue to serve.

Week 2 of Mental Health Awareness Month:
Mental Health Looks Different for Everyone. 💚

Not every struggle is visible, and no two journeys look the same. Some people experience anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, burnout, grief, or emotional exhaustion in different ways — and all of those experiences are valid.

During Mental Health Awareness Month, we want to remind our community that healing is not linear, asking for help is okay, and you never truly know what someone may be carrying.

Be kind to yourself. Check in on others. And remember: support matters.

May is Mental Health Awareness Month!! ❤️

Throughout this month, we’ll be taking time to recognize the importance of caring for our mental well-being and supporting one another.

Each , we’ll be sharing practical tools, strategies, and insights to help you prioritize your mental health—whether that’s building healthy habits, finding support, or learning new ways to cope with life’s challenges.

Today is Fentanyl Awareness Day. 🖤

Today, we stand with individuals, families, and communities impacted by fentanyl and substance use. Fentanyl awareness is about more than education—it is about saving lives, offering support, and reminding people that recovery is possible.

We believe in meeting people where they are, breaking the stigma surrounding addiction, and providing hope for a healthier future. Every conversation, every resource, and every act of compassion makes a difference.

Today is about awareness, education, and remembering lives impacted by fentanyl.

Fentanyl-related overdoses are preventable. Behind every statistic is a person, a family, and a community that matters. Awareness is not just information—it’s action, compassion, and access to tools that save lives.

Carry naloxone. Learn the signs of overdose. Check in on your people. Talk about it, even when it’s uncomfortable—because silence costs lives.

At project.ME, we believe prevention works when communities show up for each other with honesty, resources, and care.

One conversation. One kit. One moment can change everything.
