It’s Not Good-Bye, But, See Ya Later…

Retiring ACT National President Terry W. Garnett……

The attached picture / article appeared in the latest edition of ACT’s magazine The Technician.

As we use to say in the Air Force when we moved on to the next phase of duty...I'm a "short timer"...I have three days & a wake up (Friday) and I'll be Retired (semi-retired) ... starting a NEW phase of life.
The ACT Executive Board has asked me to work part-time organizing new & current Member’s for ACT.

That sounds "Old" 🤣 ... Retired... at least that's what I use to think!!!!

It's been an AWESOME opportunity working for the Member's of ACT and defending their work place rights in Congress / Pentagon / National Guard Bureau / Each State & Territory…getting to do a job I love.

I wanted to say one more “THANK YOU” to our ACT Membership for trusting me and allowing me to be their National President for the past twelve years.

Trump Vetoes Defense Bill, Setting Up Congressional Vote To Potentially Override Him

President Trump has vetoed the annual defense bill, which has won congressional approval 60 years straight. Now, Congress will move to override that veto.
