The 44th Annual West Central Neighborhood Home and Garden Tour welcomes ticket holders to our historic neighborhood September 12 & 13 between 11am and 5pm. The tour will highlight 9 historic buildings and 1 garden in an effort to promote neighborhood revitalization and historic preservation. Free parking is available. Enjoy free trolley rides between stops or take in the ambiance and beauty of our neighborhood as you stroll our tree-lined streets.

There are also two ticket booths for you to buy tickets in person for $20 the weekend of the event: at ArtsFest on the corner of W. Wayne & Union, or at the entrance to the Swinney Park tennis courts at W. Jefferson & Garden.

As a part of the Home & Garden Tour, enjoy ArtsFest, a FREE art fair with live music and food trucks throughout the weekend. This will take place on W. Wayne, between Van Buren and College.
