We provide low-cost mental health counseling to the community and transitional housing for women.

“When I started, I had gone into a very dark period in my life. I was having a hard time seeing beyond it. My counselor immediately made me feel at ease with my emotions. Through those sessions, my counselor helped me see it was okay to be sad and mourn. It was okay to feel all of the hard emotions and helped me process them into healthier ways of coping. My experience at Hope Alive and with my counselor’s guidance has given me tools to use during those dark periods. I had truly lost hope that I would have brighter and sunnier days ahead, but now I do have that hope again.” – Katrina
