The SAFER FWCS referendum would provide:

- 3 Full Time Security Personnel, including 2 District Security Managers and 1 additional Secretary;
- 12 Additional School Resource Officers for Secondary (Middle and High) Schools;
- 56 Student Advocate Personnel, including 2 at each high school and 1 at each middle and elementary school;
- 18 Mental Health Therapist Personnel covering each middle and high school (elementary schools already have);
- PEACEMAKERS: FWCS would work with Alive Community Outreach to establish Peacemakers programs in all high schools. Peacemakers are already established at South Side High School, where students have learned Martin Luther King Jr.’s Principles of Nonviolence;
- EQUIPMENT: Safety and Security Equipment and Technology to include weapons detection at all secondary schools, cameras, radios, locksets and security vehicles.

All for a cost of approximately $6/month for the average homeowner in the FWCS District boundaries.
