🗳️ Today is primary election day! Polls are open from 6:00am to 6:00pm. Important things to note:

🪪 What Do I Need to Bring? Your Indiana photo ID (either a driver's license or state-issued identification card), or a US passport.

📍 Where Do I Go to Vote? There are 53 vote centers, and you can vote at any of them. Visit https://tinyurl.com/ypt2crwd for a map and a list of all locations.

‼️ What If There's an Issue? If you run into any major issues, please call the Allen County Election Board at 260.449.7329, or call us at 260.478.8239. You can also email us at [email protected]

🕕 Reminder: If you are in line by 6:00pm, you are legally allowed to vote.

👕 Anything Else? Do not wear anything with a candidate's name on it. This is called electioneering, and is prohibited inside polling locations.

Hello everyone! It’s almost that time, Obama dinner after party!! We just want to send out a gentle reminder that we still have tickets and sponsorships for sale. General admission tickets are $20 and with the purchase of each ticket you will receive one free drink ticket to use at our cash bar. Each sponsorship comes with a special perk!

Our sponsorships are a follows:

“Bronze”-$100 : 2 tickets of admission, 2 drink tickets, and verbal shout out by our emcee

“Silver”- $150 : 2 tickets of admission, 2 drink tickets, a verbal shout out by our emcee, advertising space on our information table during the event

“Gold”- $200 : 2 tickets of admission, 2 drink tickets, a verbal shout out by our emcee, advertising space on our information table during the event, and advertising on the display tv throughout the event

Funds collected from this event will be used to help scholarship young Dems for various political and leadership development programs and trainings. Funds will also be poured back into financially supporting the 2026 candidates.

Allen County Young Dems Presents The Obama Dinner After Party !!! (all ages)

You are invited to the ACDP Obama Dinner After Party hosted by The Allen County Young Democrats !! 🎉 🥳

When: Thursday 3/19 The After Party will begin at 9pm-12am, directly following the Obama Dinner.

Where: The Citadel 125 West Main Street, Fort Wayne, IN

What: Cash Bar, Games on each table, annual young Dems re-cap, updates from 2026 featured candidates, and a few encouraging closing words from our chair. Come join us for drinks, laughs, fellowship, and networking fun as we join together in unity deepening are connections with one another as a party.

Serving others certainly meets real needs ramps get built, snow gets cleared, meals get delivered but if we’re honest, it doesn’t just change the circumstances of the neighbors we serve; it changes us. When we show up, our assumptions are dismantled, our comfort is stretched, and our faith shifts from abstraction to embodied love. Service interrupts the illusion that we are self-sufficient and reminds us how deeply interconnected we actually are. We may begin thinking we are bringing something our time, strength, or resources but we often leave with something greater: perspective, humility, gratitude, relationship, even joy. “Neighbor” stops being a category and becomes a shared identity, and we discover that the work isn’t only about repairing homes or meeting needs; it is about participating in repair of isolation, division, and our own hearts. Love, when practiced, forms the one who practices it.
