☀️🩷 What a GRAND day with Women United! 🩷☀️

This past Saturday, the ladies of Women United spent the day at Grand Boulevard at Sandestin connecting, recharging, shopping for a cause, and supporting mental health initiatives for women and teen girls throughout our community. From yoga on the lawn and the lululemon experience to shopping with purpose at Kendra Scott, it was such a fun and meaningful day together. 🧘💎

A huge thank you to everyone who came out, stretched with us, shopped, laughed, connected, and helped make the day so special. We’re also incredibly thankful to our amazing partners, McKenzie Burleigh from Studio Thirty-A, lululemon, Kendra Scott, and Grand Boulevard at Sandestin for helping create such a beautiful experience for our members and community. 💕

✨ Now we want to know…
What would YOUR perfect self-care day include? 👇
🧘 Yoga
🛍 Shopping
☕ Coffee run
🌊 Beach day
📚 Quiet reading time
💗 Time with friends

Tell us in the comments and share your favorite moment from the event! 🩷

June is PTSD Awareness Month, and at Mission United, we want our veterans, active-duty military members, first responders, and their families to know this:

You do not have to carry the weight of trauma alone. 💙 Mission United, alongside community partners like Forever Warriors powered by Step One Automotive Group, Choctawhatchee Electric Cooperative, Inc., and Florida Power & Light, are proud to help connect local military members, veterans, first responders, and their families to resources, support, and hope throughout our community.

If you or someone you know needs support:

🤝 Contact your Shirt to discuss eligibility and availability for Mission United’s Emergency Fund assistance.

📞 Call the MyFLVet Support Line at 1-844-MYFLVET (693-5838) for free,
confidential support designed specifically for Florida veterans and their families.

☎️ Dial 211 for additional local resources and support available 24/7.

Because asking for help is not weakness. It’s strength.

💙 We’re incredibly thankful for partners like Choctawhatchee Electric Cooperative, Inc. who don’t just talk about supporting the community, but truly live it out 365 days a year.

From helping ALICE families and supporting local non-profit partners to continually investing back into the Emerald Coast, CHELCO consistently shows what it means to put community first. Their partnership and generosity help make so much of the work we do at United Way Emerald Coast possible, and we’re so grateful to stand alongside them in creating a stronger future for our neighbors. ⚡💙

Thank you, CHELCO, for continuing to show up for our community every single day. United is the Way.

Somebody has to step up for our community. ⚡ And that’s exactly what electric cooperatives do—every day. From keeping the lights on to supporting local needs, we’re here because our communities come first.
