Reservations are accepted for Picnic Shelters (Pavilions) and Fields at North Peach Park in Byron and South Peach Park in Fort Valley. MAP OF PAVILIONS CAN BE FOUND UNDER PHOTO TAB AT TOP OF FB PAGE. Group Events (100 people +) need to complete a "Group Event Form" which includes a fee and Insurance for the event and must be completed 2 weeks prior to the event. We have completed the Byron Senior Men's Summer Pickleball League. The Byron Senior Men's Fall Pickleball League will begin on Tuesday mornings beginning September 8th at 8AM and the Byron Senior Women's Fall Pickleball League on Thursday mornings beginning September 10th at 8AM.

We will be CLOSED Monday, September 7, in observance of Labor Day.

So put down the work phone, step away from the chores, grab the family and GO OUTSIDE! ☀️🎣🛶🥾🏀⚾ Go fishing. Paddle something. Hit a trail. Throw a ball. Fire up the grill. Sit under a shade tree and do absolutely nothing.

We don't care how you do it, just get outside, spend some time with the people you love and enjoy a little recreation. That's kind of our thing. 😎

We'll be back to work Tuesday. Until then, consider this your official permission slip to GO PLAY! Happy Labor Day from Peach County Parks & Recreation!

Our fall athletes have officially hit the ground running with team practices underway, and the season to kick-off right after Labor Day on Saturday, September 12!

We can’t wait to watch all our divisions compete, grow, and have fun this fall:

Join us this morning (10am-12pm) at North Peach Park in Byron as we celebrate National Parks & Recreation month with "Community Park Pickup & Popsicles" days.

This is a perfect way to get some volunteer hours or just a fun opportunity to help out around the community. And there will also be POPSICLES to keep you cool!
