Families may have seen videos or images circulating on social media featuring the Cat in the Hat appearing near schools, homes, or other locations. Some of these posts are AI-generated or digitally altered and are part of a viral, national trend that has recently spread to Arkansas.

Some versions of the trend include threatening or alarming messages directed at schools or communities. We encourage parents and guardians to remind students not to create, share, or repost these videos or images. Sharing this type of content can cause unnecessary fear and, when it includes threats toward a school or individual, may result in serious consequences.

If your student encounters a concerning or threatening post, please do not share or repost it. Instead, save the information and report it to the district or law enforcement officials.

Thank you for helping us keep our students and school communities safe and for reminding students to think carefully about what they share online.

*SCHEDULE UPDATE*

If you are making plans to attend the Kimmons game at Northside or the Ramsey game at Southside tomorrow, Kickoff times have been pushed back to 6:00pm. Gates will open at 5:00pm. 7th grade games will be 6 minute quarters, and breaks will be taken throughout the game. 8th grade games will follow and will be played with regular time.

Chaffin @ Washington and Darby @ Lincoln are scheduled to start at normal time of 5:30pm.

A reminder that we are now cashless at the g*tes for our ticketed events.
Tickets can be purchased at the g*te with card or tap-to-pay.

Know Before You Go!

Only TWO DAYS until the Battle of Rogers Avenue kicks off!!

Please take a look at the map to see entry points when the g*tes first open and everyone is excited to get inside.

FSPS Badges, Senior Passes and AAA Passes: For the initial expected wave of people, you will line up at the ambulance g*te, which is on the corner of the stadium closest to Grizzly Arena. Please have your pass out to show the g*te worker.

For everyone else, you can use any of our other three g*tes for entry: the main g*te across from Kaundart Fieldhouse, the g*te inside the courtyard, and the back g*t by the activity center.

Please be patient as it will be the biggest crowd of the year, and it will be hot. But we will have plenty of g*te workers stationed everywhere to get you in as quickly and efficiently as possible.

A reminder that FSPS events are now cashless at the g*te. Tickets can be purchased at the g*te using a card, or any tap-to-pay (Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc)

Additionally, student athletes and fine arts students: ACTIVATE YOUR PASSES BEFORE YOU GET TO THE STADIUM. The cell network is going to be bogged down with traffic and the g*te workers will not be able to step aside and help you get it set up. Talk to your coaches and directors for help.

You don't want to miss this. It's going to be the party of the year.
