The online resource directory is available 24/7, free of charge, and can be accessed on a computer or mobile device by visiting unitedwayfsa.findhelp.com or by clicking the “Findhelp” icon on the United Way of Fort Smith Area homepage. By integrating FindHelp’s technology into its work, United Way of Fort Smith Area further strengthens its role as a central hub for information, resources, and support across the region.

The United Way of Fort Smith Area is proud to announce a partnership with FindHelp to better connect individuals and families across our region with critical health and human service resources.

Through this partnership, United Way of Fort Smith Area now offers a free, easy-to-use online resource directory powered by FindHelp.org. This platform allows community members to quickly search for local services including food assistance, housing support, utility assistance, healthcare, mental health services, employment resources, childcare, and more.

The searchable database connects users directly to verified providers serving Crawford, Franklin, LeFlore, Logan, Sebastian, and Sequoyah counties — helping families find support when they need it most. Community members can search for services by ZIP code, making it easier to quickly and confidentially locate the support they need.

In addition to improving public access, this partnership strengthens coordination among local nonprofits and service providers. Agencies can claim and manage their program listings at no cost, helping ensure information remains accurate while improving referral tracking and cross-agency collaboration.

“Connecting people to the right resources at the right time is essential to building a stronger community,” said Shea Foldvary, President & CEO, United Way of Fort Smith Area. “This partnership enhances our ability to make it easier for families to access services that can improve their quality of life.”

The online resource directory is available 24/7, free of charge, and can be accessed from a computer or mobile device by visiting unitedwayfsa.findhelp.com or by clicking the “Findhelp” icon on the homepage of United Way of Fort Smith Area. By integrating FindHelp’s technology into its work, United Way of Fort Smith Area further strengthens its role as a central hub for information, resources, and support across the region.

In addition to improving access to services, the FindHelp platform also provides reporting and analytics tools that will help United Way better understand community needs, identify service gaps, and strategically invest resources where they are needed most.

United Way of Fort Smith Area has served the region since 1928, mobilizing the caring power of communities to advance:

Healthy Community
Youth Opportunity
Financial Security
Community Resiliency

This partnership represents another step forward in building a stronger, more connected network of care across our region and reinforces United Way’s commitment to ensuring every individual and family has access to the resources needed to thrive.
