Are you still looking for that perfect Father's Day gift for the outdoorsman in your life? We have a variety of gear at our gift shop for sale that is sure to be a hit.
Our Gift Shop is open until 4:00 today Friday June 19th and will be open 8:30 to 4:00 tomorrow Saturday June 20th.
We have everything from hunting bags, gun cases, t-shirts, a great selection of hats and cups, and the popular River to Ridge books just published this fall. We also have the hard-to-find pour over coffee mugs for the camper dad, as well as new Nalgene water bottles for the hiker in your life, and binoculars for the hunter or wildlife watcher.

Youth ages 14 and older are invited to join AGFC staff in obtaining volunteer work hours🥾🌲🌳

🌾June 5th- 9:00am- Noon
🌄July 21st- 9:00am- Noon
🌲August 6th- 9:00am- Noon

Attendees are required to complete a youth volunteer application prior to event participation. These events will be outdoors and all supplies will be provided. Please wear appropriate clothing, closed toed shoes and bring a reusable water bottle.

Branch Out with Ecotourism🌾🌾

Ecotourism isn’t just about nature—it’s about people, jobs, and communities. This hands-on workshop invites PK–12 educators to “branch out” and explore how outdoor experiences connect to Arkansas’s economy and quality of life. Returning participants will "leaf" with new resources to take back to the classroom and enjoy new site-specific adventures.

✨Join Economics Arkansas and the Arkansas Game & Fish Commission for an interactive learning adventure at Janet Huckabee Arkansas River Valley Nature Center on June 26th from 8:30am- 3:30pm.✨

We will explore ecotourism, examine real-world connections between natural resources and local economies, and engage in activities that help bring your students’ economic knowledge to new heights.

Upon successful completion, Arkansas PK-12 educators under contract for the 26-27 school year will receive:
💫6 hours of ADE-approved professional development credit
💫Ready-to-use resources
💫$50 eCheck stipend
