Minuteman Monday! Airman 1st Class Ella Atwell is a 1N051, all-source intelligence analyst. She discovers, develops, evaluates and provides intelligence information to leaders and decision makers. She’s using her educational benefits to pursue a bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity from Liberty University while working full-time in the 188th Wing.

“I chose to become an all-source intelligence analyst because I wanted to be at the center of the mission, where information becomes insight and insight becomes action,” she said. “The role demands curiosity, critical thinking, and the ability to see patterns others might miss, all while contributing directly to the safety and success of the team. The idea of turning complex data into clear assessments that help leaders make informed decisions is exactly the kind of challenge that motivates me. Serving in this position allows me to support something bigger than myself while constantly learning, adapting, and sharpening my analytical skills.”
