This is Jasminn Kuuipo Harcus 2nd year with CSF. Along with working at one of the on post elementary schools, she volunteers at a number of organizations on the installation. Jasminn has been volunteering for over 25 years and is passionate about giving back to her community. She wants to be a great example for her son!

We are thrilled to announce that the selection process is complete, and the 2026 Combined Scholarship Fund awardees have been officially chosen!

Thanks to the incredible generosity of our donors and the unwavering support of the Fort Riley community, we are awarding 34 scholarships this year, with individual awards ranging from $1,000 to $7,500.

These funds will go directly toward helping our military family members pursue their educational dreams and professional goals. To our applicants: thank you for sharing your hard work and ambitions with us. To our donors: thank you for making this life-changing impact possible.

Penny Stewart Ezell is an Army spouse of 29 years and holds a Master of Arts in Education from the University of Arkansas. She has dedicated nearly three decades to education, serving as a teacher, literacy coach, and currently as a literacy specialist, where she trains educators in the Science of Reading. Passionate about service, Penny enjoys volunteering and giving back to the communities the Army has allowed her family to call home.
