Performance Expert's Eugene Wentworth, Jeff Giroux and Andrew Lautner supported 1st Infantry Division's Sustainment Brigade in hosting the Unity Challenge. The Unity Challenge brought Soldiers and Kansas State University's Women's Basketball team for a day of training on post.

The Performance Expert's supported by doing applied sport psychology to help Soldiers and Student-Athletes perform at the Obstacle Course, as well as running cognitive based activities during the fitness WOD lanes that followed. The theme of the day was "Mental Strength" with a focus on enhancing confidence and refocusing strategies to overcome challenges, setbacks and adversity.

A special shout out to our Program Manager SFC Aaron Keller for coordinating the entire event!

Performance Expert's Andrew Lautner and Eugene Wentworth worked with cadets from local midwest colleges in their FTX over the weekend. The two PE's provided mental skills training to help cadets navigate Weapons Qualifications, Rappel Tower, and Confidence course amongst the events where the PE's were involved. Thank you Kansas State Army ROTC for having us out!
