Attention St. Lucie County Voters:

Recent news about the U.S. Supreme Court and Vote-by-Mail has raised questions. Here’s what St. Lucie County voters need to know:

The recent Supreme Court ruling does not change the operation of the post office; they will continue to deliver all mail. Florida’s current Vote-by-Mail process remains in place, and voters should continue to follow the instructions provided by the St. Lucie County Supervisor of Elections.

Requesting a Vote-by-Mail ballot does not lock you into voting by mail. If you change your mind and have not returned your voted ballot, you may still vote during Early Voting or in person on Election Day.

Election Day is Tomorrow, November 3, 2026
7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.

PHOTO AND SIGNATURE IDENTIFICATION IS REQUIRED

Acceptable forms of photo identification include:

Florida driver license
Florida identification card issued by the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles
United States passport
Debit or credit card
Military identification
Student identification
Retirement center identification
Neighborhood association identification
Public assistance identification
State of Florida concealed weapon or firearm license
Employee identification card issued by any branch, department, agency, or entity of the federal government, state, a county, or a municipality
Veteran health identification card issued by the United States Department of Veterans Affairs.
If photo ID lacks a signature, additional ID with a signature is required. Without ID, provisional ballot can be used, later reviewed by canvassing board for eligibility.
