This Saturday, April 25 for our Earth Day clean up! We will meet at the Little River Canyon Center at 10:00 am and go clean up the Little River Falls parking lot, picnic area, and trail area. Bring a water bottle, wear sturdy footwear, and snacks if needed. All ages welcome! All supplies will be provided! Come be a volunteer for a few hours and help us beautify the park!

🚨We're Hiring!
We are hiring two seasonal maintenance workers at Little River Canyon National Preserve.
This position is a WG 5 in Fort Payne, AL.
Applications will be open from March 30, 2026-April 13, 2026, or once 100 applications are received.
Salary $22.09-$27.36 an hour

Here are some of the duties as a maintenance worker:
Performs minor carpentry repairs of limited difficulty to buildings.
Performs routine maintenance at different sites and visitor facilities, trails, to include cleaning restrooms, and making minor repairs as needed.

• There are 12 hidden eggs along the trail
• Each egg features a fun Move Alabama activity challenge
• Complete them as you go and enjoy the journey!
