Over the past two years, Paul has played an important role in advancing our affordable housing efforts, helping secure funding and move projects forward across our community. In his new role, he will lead our real estate and construction teams and help guide affordable housing projects from planning and financing through construction and completion. 🏡

Paul’s expertise, leadership, and commitment to expanding access to high-quality, affordable housing make him an incredible asset to our team. We’re excited to see all that he will accomplish in this new role!

Today, we celebrated the grand opening and ribbon cutting of Foxtail Coffee, the first commercial tenant to open its doors at Latimer Crossing. 🎉

This milestone represents so much more than a new place to grab a cup of coffee. Latimer Crossing was designed to be a community where people can live, work, connect and gather — and welcoming businesses like Foxtail Coffee helps bring that vision to life.
