A new planning project is kicking off near downtown Fort Myers that will create a vision for a unified, connecting pathway reaching from Centennial Park to the Ford Edison Estates along West First Street.

Celebrating the history and innovative spirit of Fort Myers the "Innovation Walk" will explore opportunities for green space, resilience strategies, pedestrian activation, public art, cultural storytelling, interactive technologies, and more.

A design team is working closely with the Community Redevelopment Agency and the public to understand your needs, ideas, and vision for this special place along the Caloosahatchee River.
