At the Younity house for boys last week we made walking tacos and elote. Zion learned knife skills and Aiden learned that if you cut the tops off and nuke corn cobs in the microwave, you can peel the husks off easily, pop em in the broiler for a char.. cut em off the cob.. add mayo, chili powder, parmesan, lime juice and scallions, and you have good stuff.
