Calling All Volunteers!

Are you a caring and dedicated individual looking to make a difference in the lives of military families? Do you have a passion for supporting and connecting with others?

We are seeking a volunteer to serve as our new Soldier Family Readiness Group (SFRG) Officer! As an SFRG Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting our military families and ensuring their well-being during deployments and other challenging times.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and facilitate communication between the unit and families
Organize and host events and activities to foster a sense of community and connection among military families
Collaborate with unit leadership to identify and address the unique challenges and needs of our families
Develop and maintain a network of resources and referrals to support families

Requirements:

Be a spouse or family member of a soldier in the unit
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Be able to work independently and as part of a team

The Marauder Family had a busy Training Week 31-32 with CPT Doyle and SFC Bolden competing for Best OC/T Team and taking 2nd Overall in the BDE.

The Marauder BN Command Team completed a Project Management Professional Course. SSG Adams and SFC Bruenning completed a Combat Network Radio Training Lane for the Best OC/T Competitors.

CPT Koester participated in the 304th Sustainment BDE's MCJA with CPT Garrett for 443re Transportation Company.

SFC Paris helped prepare 348th Field Hospital for their Post-mobilization CTE and Marauder Battalion completed their annual CLS recertification.
