Major Brown currently serves as the S4 (Logistics Officer) for the 140th Regional Training Institute (RTI) in the Missouri Army National Guard (MOARNG).

We recently bid a fond farewell to an incredible leader and mentor, Major Bryan Greenwalt, as he departs the 140th Regional Training Institute (RTI).

Major Greenwalt has been an extremely influential figure within the 140th RTI, serving as a pillar of guidance, professionalism, and wisdom for countless Soldiers. His dedication to developing the next generation of leaders has left an indelible mark on our unit and will continue to benefit the MOARNG for years to come.

While we are sad to see him go, we are immensely proud to announce that he is taking on the vital new role of Deputy Inspector General (DIG) for the Missouri Army National Guard (MOARNG)!

The 140th Regiment (Regional Training Institute) recently conducted a Basic Military Police Course focused on developing foundational skills and knowledge essential for success in the Military Police Corps.

This intensive training program encompassed critical areas such as law enforcement techniques, security protocols, and fundamental combat support operations. Through practical exercises and expert instruction, candidates developed the proficiency required to serve effectively and uphold the highest standards of professionalism.

1st En BN, 140th RTI Conducts SAV at 199th RTI for 12N Reclassification Course

Camp Minden, LA โ€“ The 1st Engineer Battalion, 140th Regiment (Regional Training Institute) sent a team to the 199th RTI to conduct a Staff Assistance Visit (SAV) in support of the 12N Horizontal Construction Engineer reclassification course.

SFC Finch, the 12N Course Manager; SSG Barnes, the Knowledge Management Representative; and SSG R***r, representing Quality Assurance, led the visit as part of the 140th RTIโ€™s oversight responsibilities. The teamโ€™s objective was to assess instructional effectiveness, ensure compliance with TRADOC and RTI standards, and provide guidance to maintain the integrity and quality of training delivery.

During the SAV, the team reviewed administrative processes, instructor certifications, classroom instruction, training aids, and student feedback mechanisms. Their presence emphasized the commitment to continuous improvement and standardization across RTI locations delivering 12N instruction.

The collaboration between the 140th and 199th RTIs reinforces the shared goal of developing competent, confident Horizontal Construction Engineers ready to support mission requirements across the force.

Exciting day for our newest crop of future MPs! ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ Today, the students in our Basic Military Police Course hit the range for their pistol qualification. It's a crucial step in their training, honing their skills and ensuring they're ready to protect and serve with confidence and precision.

The focus is sharp, the discipline is evident, and the dedication to mastering these essential skills is inspiring. From learning the fundamentals of marksmanship to safely and effectively engaging targets, these MPs are demonstrating their commitment to excellence.

A huge shoutout to the 2nd BN instructors for their expert guidance and mentorship! They're shaping these individuals into the capable and professional Military Police officers of tomorrow.
