Class 140 is officially in the books! 🎉👩‍🍳👨‍🍳

This past Friday, we proudly celebrated the graduation of Class 140 from CS “A” School. After weeks of dedication, hard work, and hands on training, these Sailors are heading out to the Fleet ready to make an impact.

🥣🍪 Small Quantity Baking is officially underway for Class 160! 🍪🥣

Today, our students stepped into the baking lab and got hands-on experience creating a variety of baked goods as they began their Small Quantity Baking journey. From fluffy biscuits to delicious muffins and freshly baked cookies, Class 160 showcased their growing skills, attention to detail, and commitment to culinary excellence.

Every recipe is an opportunity to build confidence, master techniques, and strengthen the foundation needed for success as Culinary Specialists. We are excited to watch these future CSs continue to rise to the challenge one batch at a time!

Their growth throughout the course has been outstanding, and today’s practical exam was a true reflection of their effort and professionalism.
