🎄 “Adopt a Soldier” for Christmas is back! 🎄

We’re inviting the community to participate in our annual “Adopt a Soldier” program, giving local families the opportunity to host Soldiers who remain on post during the holiday season.

From Dec. 24, 2025, to Jan. 1, 2026, families can welcome two or more Soldiers into their homes for a home-cooked meal, holiday traditions, and a few hours of fellowship. The program helps service members experience the warmth of a traditional holiday celebration while strengthening the bond between Fort Lee and the surrounding community. ❤️🇺🇸

“Adopting a Soldier means reminding a hero far from home that they’re never forgotten,” said Fort Lee Garrison Command Sgt. Maj. Nickea K. Harris.
