It was also wonderful seeing fantastic state legislators, State Senator Barbara Sharief and State Representative Robin Bartleman, who presented the Town with a legislative appropriation for drainage! Lets always remember the innocent women and men who lost their lives 25 years ago on September 11, 2001. Lets also give thanks and praise to all the first responders who saved so many by heroically risking their own lives on that day. Our country has travelled a long road since 9-11 and has proven over and over again that no terrorist action, regardless of how heinous, can ever defeat or shake both the strength of our great country and our values as Americans. God Bless America, the greatest country ever founded.

I enjoyed participating in a fantastic City of Lauderhill Town Hall meeting organized by two hardworking elected officials, Lauderhill Mayor Mayor Denise D. Grant and City of Tamarac Vice Mayor Marlon Bolton! Thank you to Lauderhill Commissioner Ray Martin, Lauderhill City Manager Kennie Hobbs, Finance Director Sean Henderson, and City Attorney Hans Ottinot Sr. for their great work at the event as well! I had a great time speaking with Broward residents and property owners at the Home Design and Remodeling Show in downtown Fort Lauderdale. The Broward County Property Appraiser's Office had a tent set up and our Mobile Exemption and Education Team helped many property owners sign up for tax saving exemptions and owner alert!
