Leadership is a Skill. Workplace Readiness Starts Before Day One.

During OIC of South Florida's Summer Leadership Academy, participants strengthened their communication, teamwork, professionalism, decision-making, and other skills that support success in the workplace and beyond.

The Summer Leadership Academy helps prepare youth for their summer internship experience, giving them a taste of what the workforce is like before they begin their placements. This year, more than 100 young people will transition from the Academy into summer internships throughout the community. By investing in both leadership development and workforce readiness, we help prepare the next generation for long-term success.

A strong middle class drives more than individual success. It
fuels local economies, supports businesses, and creates
long-term stability for families.

But what it takes to be middle class today looks different
than it did before.

In many U.S. regions, middle-class households now fall
within a wide income range, often between $50,000 and
$150,000 depending on cost of living, according
to SmartAsset.

That range reflects a bigger reality. The path into the middle
class is not always clear or accessible.
That is why workforce development, employer partnerships,
and forward-thinking solutions matter more than ever.

The Middle Class Summit 2026 is focused on one thing.
Expanding and strengthening pathways to economic
mobility.

Join the leaders building what comes next.

Early Bird tickets are now open with a limited-time $50
savings before prices increase.
