Recently, AIE completed the second of three sprints in Program Increment 4 and reviewed new capability for stakeholders. Early Adopters participated in live hands-on training and provided candid feedback about their experience using AIE in a focus group. These events build users’ familiarity with AIE and help AIE to prioritize capability development as we work to deliver the Enlisted Mission Set.

Over the past few weeks, AIE conducted its Stakeholder Requirements Review and Planning Session and PI-4 Planning Session. Each quarter, the AIE team works with Stakeholders to refine and prioritize requirements prior to engaging with its industry partners to plan out work for the next 90 days. In these sessions, the AIE team pushed for streamlined processes for users and well-defined requirements to sustain focused progression toward AIE’s enlisted mission set.

On Friday, March 21st, AIE demonstrated system capability for stakeholders, including the leadership of early adopters. Early adopters, using the system today in pre-release, can conduct prospecting and work with Future Soldiers up to the point where they agree to process. The functionality available today reflects work completed up through program increment three (PI-3) of system development.
