June is Men's Mental Health Awareness Month
Mental health affects everyone, including the men who serve our communities, protect their families, and carry the weight of daily responsibilities. Too often, men are told to stay silent about their struggles. This month, we want to remind everyone that seeking help is a sign of strength, not weakness. Whether you're a first responder, veteran, father, brother, friend, or neighbor—your mental health matters.
✔️ Check in on your friends and loved ones.
✔️ Have honest conversations.
✔️ Ask for help when you need it.
✔️ Support those who may be struggling.
You do not have to face life's challenges alone.
Every conversation can make a difference, and every life is worth supporting.
If you or someone you know is struggling, reach out to a trusted friend, family member, mental health professional, or crisis resource.
It's okay to not be okay. It's okay to ask for help.
