Patriots and Paws will return for their monthly furniture donation on Saturday, September 12th!

*We are continuing this month with the pre-registration and asking that if you plan to attend to please pre-register through the link below. We hope to make the process run faster and smoother with the pre-registration, but will still allow on-site sign-ups.

On-site day-of check-in begins at 10:15am and closes at 11am.
*MUST CHECK IN WITH VILLAGES TEAM ONSITE BEFORE 11AM (including pre-registration and walk-ins)

We anticipate the truck's arrival between 10:45 & 11:00 a.m. (this is estimated!!) on Saturday morning.
The truck parks in front of the Leasing Office. Please DO NOT park in the front; use the large side parking lot by the playground until it's time for loading.

How it works:
1. Residents will sign in, providing street address and rank. (PLEASE BRING YOUR ID.)
2. The truck will come and unload.
3. Service members will then be called up by rank (lowest to highest) to pick an item from the donation.

We’re excited to announce that work will soon begin on an amazing new mural at the Crackerjack Flats Basketball Court! We’re giving the court a fresh, colorful look that will bring some extra fun and creativity to our community.

🏀 Basketball Court Closure: September 11th – October 5th, 2026
(Please note these dates are subject to change due to weather/ artist schedule changes.)

🚗The roads surrounding the basketball court will remain open and will NOT be affected by this project.

🛝The playground will remain open!

We truly appreciate your patience as we work on this exciting project.

🎨 Stay tuned! We’ll be sharing details about a fun community event where you can get involved with painting the mural!

🎃Get ready, Fort Irwin! Festival of Frights returns for the eighth year. Our annual Halloween house decorating contest and resident judging are a spooky good time for all!

Decorators routinely pull out all the stops, some even dressing up for judges and visitors, handing out treats and more haunting surprises. 👻

Registration closes on October 7th, 2026.

📢You may officially begin decorating for Halloween on September 21st, 2026. It is typically 30 days prior to the holiday but we are recognizing October 21st as "Fort Irwin's Halloween". This also means that all Halloween decor must be taken down by November 4th (2 weeks after the "holiday").

The community will be judging!
Official judging is Oct 15th and 16th from 6-11 pm each night.

⭐️Judges can rate each entrant at their leisure, casting a rating of 1 star to 5 stars. The total score will be divided by the number of raters to get the home’s overall rating.

Each home will receive a unique QR code to be scanned by other residents visiting the house. Residents must be at the home's location to rate a home. No paper ballots will be used this year.

🍬Haunters, you can also give out treats and dress up for the judges during voting. Have fun with it!!

2nd - $350 Move-out Cleaning Voucher
3rd $200 Move-out Cleaning Voucher
