All horses participating in the Gymkhana on the installation of Fort Huachuca will be required to show proof of the follow upon registration:

• Current Negative Coggins for each horse within the last 12 months

• Proof of deworming for each horse in the past 6 months

• Current vaccinations for each horse within the last 12 months:

• Rabies

• Eastern, Western, Tetanus

• Influenza

• Rhinopneumonitis

• West Nile Virus

• Any horses coming from outside of Cochise County will also require a health certificate from a veterinarian within 14 days of the event.

BCRS had the privilege of being a stop for these soldiers during their rucksack hike yesterday. Staff were able to give them an educational talk and brought one of our military equids out while they rested. They are here supporting the JTF-SB and rucked 20 miles, 1500+ feet elevation gain.
