[Thu 1/22] ⚠️ A Winter Storm Warning is in effect for all of North/Central TX with widespread impacts to travel & infrastructure expected. The Winter Storm Warning will go into effect for North TX at 6 PM on Friday, and into effect for Central TX at 6 AM on Saturday! ⚠️

This Thanksgiving season, we will be distributing 500 Thanksgiving meal kits, complete with staple food items and turkey vouchers to active-duty military families.

🚗 Drive-thru distribution — please stay in your car!

In addition to the food pantry, you will also receive a box of food and a case of water provided by USAA if you are active-duty or a veteran.

If you’re active-duty and could use a little help with groceries, stop by our Harker Heights Wellness Center to shop for the food your family needs and wants! 👍

The Fort Hood Religious Support Office, in partnership with the Central Texas Food Bank, will conduct Fresh Food for Families from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m. Nov. 6 at Phantom Warrior Stadium parking lot.

Recipients must enter from Tank Destroyer Boulevard and Comanche Avenue at the traffic light. Come with only two households per vehicle.

Army civilians experiencing food insecurity are welcome and encouraged to participate.

Thanks again to all the Soldiers and Volunteers who made yesterday’s “Tiger Halloween” a truly memorable experience. For the NTC LTP 26-05 leaders out of town the next couple weeks, or the Soldiers looking to enjoy another family friendly Halloween event during uncertain times, we truly appreciate the Tigers coming out in force to support.
