For the monthly Leader Professional Development (LPD) in November our command teams took part in training focused on sharpening core Soldier tasks and drills while incorporating Army Fitness Test exercises. 💪⚔️

Leaders executed lanes, demonstrating techniques, and reinforcing standards through hands-on training. By combining tactical proficiency with physical readiness, we strengthened not only our skill sets but also our trust, teamwork, and ability to lead from the front.

Proud of the dedication shown and the example our leaders continue to set. Standards, discipline, and readiness—every day.

On 01 October 2025, the Division Special Troops Battalion proudly conducted a Noncommissioned Officer Induction Ceremony honoring 15 newly inducted NCOs. This milestone marks their official entry into the ranks of the Noncommissioned Officer Corps—where leadership, responsibility, and service to Soldiers stand at the forefront.

We were honored to have CSM Amador Aguillen Jr., the Command Sergeant Major of the 13th Armored Corps Sustainment Command, join us for this important event. His presence and words of wisdom reinforced the significance of the NCO legacy and the responsibility our new leaders now carry.

Congratulations to our newest NCOs—continue leading with pride, professionalism, and purpose.

🇺🇸 Change of Command Ceremony – DSTB 🇺🇸

Recently, we honored an important milestone with the Change of Command Ceremony for DSTB. We bid a heartfelt farewell to LTC Morse, who has served with exceptional leadership, dedication, and vision as the Battalion Commander. Her impact on the unit and Soldiers will not be forgotten — thank you for your unwavering commitment and service!

At the same time, we proudly welcome LTC Rice as the incoming Battalion Commander. We look forward to the continued excellence and leadership he will bring to the DSTB team.

This ceremony marks both an ending and a new beginning — a proud Army tradition that reminds us of the strength in our continuity and the promise of our future.
