AER will provide a zero-interest loan equal to the amount of one net paycheck (last direct deposit) up to a maximum amount of $6,000 for any Soldier affected by the possible lapse in appropriations. Go to ArmyEmergencyRelief.org to begin the process starting tomorrow morning, 8 Oct. at 0900 EST.

The new iPERMS Record Review Tool 2.0 is going live on August 28, 2025. If you have reviews due before this Go-Live date, they should be completed NOW to receive credit! If not completed before August 25th, there will be new rules to follow within the new version of the tool.
