Centurion Battery Field Trip!

After 17 hard fought days, Centurion troopers are back from conducting artillery certifications. During this time, our troopers shot over 600 rounds used to certify at the section and platoon level. Here are some snapshots and favorite moments from our time in the field.

ARTILLERY SKILLS AND PROFICIENCY TESTS (ASPT)🧨

This week our gun line and FDC were tested on the basic artillery skills. This included maintaining a breechblock and firing mechanism, preparing rounds, using EPAIFS, performing pre-fire checks and more. We are proud to announce that everyone did amazing and passed their tests.

We also want to wish SGT Saylor a very happy birthday! No better way to celebrate than conducting ASPT🥳

Thank you to everyone who came out to Centurion Battery’s SFRG Coffee Social! We were so happy to have so many people show up and we loved meeting new people and catching up with others. Thank you to our fearless leader CPT Hendrick for discussing the long range training calendar and upcoming events.

It was so great watching our soldiers show off their intellectual abilities and dominate the chess boards. Way to go guys!
