This past Thursday, SGT Potter (68W) of the Silver Knight Academy, expertly led the company on TC3 training Through his hands on instruction, the Valkyries received essential training to provide life saving care in the field.

Additionally, the HQ supply team ensured each Soldier was able to refit their IFAK with the proper and appropriate treatment materials.

Over the past month, our company Master Fitness Trainers have been leading ACFT preparation focused PT. Big thank you and shout out to our MFTs MSG Boyd (S4 section) and SSG Midell (S3 section) for instructing the Valkyries on tips and best practices for preparing for and executing the ACFT.
