If you’re enrolled in the Blended Retirement System (BRS) and between 8–12 years of service, you may be eligible for Continuation Pay a one time, mid-career bonus in exchange for additional service.

✅ CP is in addition to any other career incentives or retention bonuses.
✅ You can receive it in one lump sum, or split into 2 or 4 installments.
✅ You must elect to receive CP before the start of your 12th year of service.
