A Tornado Watch is in effect until 11 PM across portions of eastern Oklahoma. A few tornadoes are likely with a couple intense tornadoes possible. Widespread large hail and isolated very large hail events up to 4 inches in diameter are likely. Scattered damaging winds are likely with isolated significant gusts to 80 mph possible.

This Memorial Day Weekend, the Town of Fort Gibson Parks & Recreation Department will be throwing an opening weekend celebration for the Splash Pad!
On Saturday, May 23rd from 1PM-3:30PM the Town will bring sidewalk chalk, bubbles, and tie-dye kits for everyone to enjoy while we kick off the summer season by turning on the splash pad.
We will give more information in the coming weeks and we hope to see everyone there to kick off summer together!
