On Friday, June 12, War Media Activity joined DINFOS staff, faculty, students, and guests who came together to celebrate the U.S. Army’s 251st birthday and honor those who gave their lives in service to our Nation.

The ceremony included a cake-cutting, where the first slice went to the oldest Soldier present, Staff Sgt. Michael Christensen, who passed a piece to the youngest Soldier, Pvt. Brandon Cadore, representing the transfer of Army tradition, knowledge, and experience from one generation to the next.

Leadership emphasized the importance of strengthening communication, improving workplace effectiveness, and ensuring we remain laser focused on supporting the warfighter and delivering information advantage to DOW leaders.
