All of us here want to send a huge congratulations to our S4 NCOIC, SFC Arroyo, and our 92S Course Manager and Instructor, SFC Vega on graduating Master Leader Course (MLC)!

This is a tremendous accomplishment and a reflection of your dedication, hard work, leadership, and commitment to becoming better leaders for our Soldiers and our organization. MLC is no small achievement, and you both put in the time, effort, and determination to get it done!

We are incredibly proud of you both and grateful for everything you bring to the team every day. Your continued growth and dedication set a great example for those around you and demonstrate what it means to lead from the front.

Friday was one of those days that was a little bittersweet as we gathered to kind of say farewell to TTC Dix’s last OIC, MAJ Hill.

It was a reminder of how lucky we’ve been to work with you these last few years. We’ve shared a TON of laughs, a few tough days, countless “what the heck is happening?” moments, and more memories than we could probably fit into one Facebook post.

Thank you for always having our backs, for leading us through the chaos, and for somehow making even the craziest days a little more manageable. Most importantly, thank you for saving us from approximately 7,438 Teams calls that absolutely, positively could have been an email. 😂

We’re sad to see you leave the position, but thankfully this is less of a goodbye and more of a “see you right up the road… and eventually right down the hall” being that your only going right up the road.

Wishing you nothing but the best in your new position. TTC Dix won’t be quite the same without you, but we’re grateful for the time, laughs, leadership, and memories.

Today TTC Dix got together to send off two absolute rockstars as they head into their next chapters. Bittersweet day for sure.

SFC Hernandez — our Engineer Course Manager, Engineer Instructor, and fearless TTC NCOIC. Basically, if something needed to get done, fixed, organized, or magically handled… it somehow ended up in his lane. Your leadership, humor, and steady presence have meant more than you probably know. You’ve been one of the glue people around here, and that kind of impact doesn’t go unnoticed.

SFC Sauerhoff — our S4 Supply Sergeant and master of making miracles happen with Army logistics. Thankfully she isn’t going too far… just next door to the NCOA, so we fully expect random visits, borrowed supplies, and unsolicited opinions to continue 😂

Both of these NCOs brought so much personality, laughter, and professionalism to TTC Dix. The kind of people who can solve a problem, roast you, and boost morale all in the same conversation. That’s a rare talent.

And honestly… good luck finding better coworkers than us. We were the total package: hardworking, mildly unhinged, funny, dependable, and humble enough to admit we were the best team you’ll ever have. Standards have now been set unrealistically high. Sorry in advance to your new people.

We’re going to miss having you in the daily chaos, but we know you’re both going to crush it wherever Army life takes you next.

Thank you for everything you’ve done for the Soldiers, staff, and mission here. TTC Dix won’t be the same without you two.
