Good things happening here as we head into a 4 Day ahead of Platoon Qualifications..

- 1PLT took it to Bastogne, processing 111 FMs with TF Currahee during OLE 25.1. SPC Griffin, SGT Cox, and SGT Reynaga stepped up as Chiefs throughout the exercise
- SGT (P) Torres certified as 4B section chief!
- CPL Clark and SGT Custer graduated BLC
- We wished SPC Jump farewell (yes his FDO bought him an engraved samurai sword, no it has not been signed by Randy Jackson)
- SPC Clark promoted to CPL Clark (tell him to reclass to 13B in the comments)

Ws across the board heading into the Holidays!

1.) SPC Clark live fire qualifies with “Bushwacker” section for the first time as a Gunner.

2.) 1LT Messner is recognized as Honor Graduate at Pathfinder School, the 2nd PFDR in the BTRY.

3.) SPC Reynaga graduates BLC!

4.) 2LT Morrissey single handedly raises the morale of the Bonecrushers by hand decorating the Christmas Canister

5.) SPC Torres is promoted with a waiver!

6.) ESB Graduates finish strong at the RAK BAT

“Do hard things every day.”

Today marked the monthly HARD TO KILL qualifier. Times of 19:56 and below qualify for HARD TO KILL, with times of 22:00 and below qualifying for TOUGH TO KILL. BMFs representing each section completed the following for time in front / side plates with boots and OCP bottoms:

- 1 Mile Run
- Rope Climb
- 50m 185 # Skedco Drag
- Prep a Simulated 10 Round Fire Mission
- 50m Buddy Carry
- 100m Jerry Can Carry
- 3 Deadlift @ 1.5x Body Weight
- 200m Run

The event ends with Safety T Verification of 3 Fire Missions. Any safety violations immediately disqualifies the candidate.

Congratulations to SGT Salas, 5th CoS, for being HARD TO KILL and to SPC Clark and Jump for being TOUGH TO KILL. Stay BMF. 🏴‍☠️⛩️

AASLT! SGT Akers, SGT Cox, PFC Barrera, and PFC Hasbell are our most recent graduates and we’ve got more on the way.

PFC Hasbell also took that opportunity to be wavered for an early promotion. Our youngest certified Gunner in the Battery - this guy embodies everything BMF culture is about.

Keep leading from the front fellas, Bonecrushers are trending in the right direction.

Sorry for the hiatus but we are back with a STRONG finish to a LONG week:

- 1LT Elder (former 2/B PL) had the opportunity to reenlist SGT Bruce (6SEC Gunner) into the NY National Guard.

- We farewelled 1LT Elder, 1LT Evans (1/B PL), 1LT Canning (XO), and 1LT Maddox (2/B FDO). They’re on to bigger and better things but they’ll always remember their (better) days as a Bonecrusher.
