THE GUNSLINGERS ARE BACK 💥

Gunslingers never stop on their journey of greatness! Our Soldiers spent last week at Fort Knox, KY conducting a number of training events to remain prepared for combat operations in various environments. Gunslinger Soldiers successfully deployed our expeditionary “EOC-in-a-box” via sling load for the first time ever in the US Army!

Bravo then set up our expeditionary packages in an urban operations training area, conducted Table VIII IFPC Gunnery Certifications, and rehearsed reacting to IDF. Thank you to Brigadier General Maurice Barnett for coming to visit our training and allowing us to share the excellent work our Soldiers do! Also a big thanks to B/2-238th GSAB with (Illinois National Guard) for flying down to support our sling load training!

On Monday, the Gunslinger Battery changed commanders from CPT Christian Kirk to CPT Christian Shaner.
Congratulations to CPT Kirk on completing over 20 months of commanding the Gunslinger team!

Gunslinger Soldiers were recognized with Army Achievement Medals from the CJTF-OIR Commanding General for their recent efforts in medical assistance of partner nation soldiers.

Our Soldiers demonstrated their Selfless Service by their actions and are in the keeping of excellence of the United States Army, 108TH ADA BDE, and the Strike Fear Battalion.
