It all comes down to this. The final moment of the journey and the first step into a legacy.

This is the Regimental First Formation, where graduates of the U.S. Army John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center and School complete their transformation. After conquering the intense trials of the Special Forces Qualification Course, they earn the right to don the Green Beret.

In unison, they cease to be just Soldiers and become members of the Special Forces brotherhoodโ€”a community bound by a shared standard of excellence and a commitment to operating where others cannot.

Do you have the mind, body, and spirit to take on this challenge?

We were the first. We are The Originals. This is the 10th Special Forces Group (Airborne).

In 1952, Colonel Aaron Bank was tasked with creating a new kind of soldier, laying the foundation for what would become the U.S. Army's first Special Forces group. From the frozen landscapes of Europe to the most complex modern battlefields, the 10th SFG(A) has maintained its role as a pioneer.

This video is a testament to that enduring spiritโ€”honoring our history as masters of Arctic warfare while relentlessly integrating the technology that will define the future of the fight. The mission, the standards, and the legacy continue.

Are you ready to see if you measure up?

Leadership is the bedrock of Special Forces.

In this image, leaders from the 10th Special Forces Group (Airborne) render honors, embodying the discipline and respect that define the organization. In Special Forces, leadership is not about rank; itโ€™s about competence, responsibility, and the trust earned between every member of the team.

This is the standard of excellence that every Green Beret strives to uphold, from the newest operator to the most seasoned veteran. It is a commitment forged in the most demanding environments on earth.

Do you have the character and drive to lead among the best?
