H2F programming includes five domains - physical readiness, nutritional readiness, spiritual readiness, mental readiness, and sleep readiness. The Pegasus H2F Team consists of Performance readiness experts that assess each Soldierโ€™s physical and mental status and design programs to sustain or improve that Soldierโ€™s ability to meet the demands of their military occupational specialties (MOSs), duty
