The 98th Training Division hosted the Fiscal Year 2025 Full-Time Staff Workshop Nov. 19-22 in Atlanta, Georgia, which was attended by more than 150 AGRs and civilians from 18 different states.

The workshop consolidated all the Division support personnel down to the battalion level from the various staff sections and special staff to discuss the current status of the Division, and the way ahead to execute FY25 events and provide an update on current staff procedures. This workshop was a unique opportunity to come together, refine our skills, strengthen our relationships, and explore new ways to improve how we execute our mission. Over the course of this workshop, we focused on enhancing our operational effectiveness, improving coordination and communication across our teams, and ensuring that we are best equipped to meet the challenges ahead.
