TURNING BLUE AND GRADUATION:

The time draws near for your soldiers to turn blue and graduate from Infantry OSUT!

🔵 Turning Blue will be held on 26 February 2026 at Pomeroy Field! There will be a family brief before the ceremony at 10:15 AM ET at the Regimental Chapel. During the brief we will take any questions you have about follow on assignments. Turning Blue will start at 11:00 AM.

🔵 We recommend downloading the GuideOn application to your phone to assist with your navigation of Fort Benning. Once you select Fort Benning, search for Pomeroy Field.

🔵 There will be a family day pass immediately following Turning Blue and your Soldier must return to the company by 7:00 PM. As always, PASSES ARE A PRIVILEGE- PLEASE ENCOURAGE YOUR Soldier TO FOLLOW ALL RULES AND REGULATIONS AS PASSES CAN BE TAKEN AWAY FROM AN INDIVIDUAL FOR MISCONDUCT REGARDLESS IF FAMILY IS PRESENT AT THE GRADUATION. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS IF THIS OCCURS‼️

🔵Graduation will be held 27 February 2026 at the National Infantry Museum (NIM) at 10:00am ET. The NIM is located off post and can be found using any gps application.

As a warning, there are 3 companies Turning Blue on Thursday, one at 9:00 AM and another at 1:00 PM. On Friday, all 3 companies will be graduating together. As a result, parking will be very limited and we encourage you to arrive early if you are concerned about getting a good seat or having to park far away from the ceremony.

We will have a live stream going on this page 5 mins prior to turning blue. Please do not click on any event links as we will not create one. It will just be live on this page automatically. For graduation, the National Infantry Museum’s page will live stream the ceremony.

If your Soldier is leaving with you following graduation, please remember that they will have a lot of bags and equipment with them.

Information on how to gain access to post is provided through the links attached to the end of this post. At times, the page for pass pre-registration is inoperable. This site is managed by the installation and not our unit. A visitor’s pass can still be acquired in person the day off or day before at the Main Gate Visitor’s Center. Give yourself ample time prior to the ceremony.
