Today, the Soldiers of EZ Company had the chance to experience two significant events today!

1. They shot and qualified both day and night on the M240B machine gun, collectively firing over 100,000 rounds as a company.

2. They witnessed the Northern Lights, a rare and stunning display caused by a G5 geomagnetic solar storm. What an unforgettable experience!

We hope you enjoy these photos of what your Soldiers were able to view this evening!

🦅 Eagle Tower, a true test of courage and mental fortitude. Here, our trainees confronted the challenge of executing rear facing bounding rappels from a staggering height of 50 feet. Below them, their counterparts provided a crucial safety net, not just as belay partners but as pillars of unwavering support. This experience stretched many to their mental limits, uncovering strengths and abilities they never realized they had. It was more than a physical test; it was an exploration of personal boundaries and the discovery of what lies beyond them, culminating in a shared sense of achievement and expanded self-confidence.

The Obstacle Course, a standout event during basic training, and one that is particularly well-regarded by many. Here, the Trainees demonstrated remarkable determination, supporting each other through various challenging physical tasks. The event was also a race against time, as each platoon from EZ Company competed for the top spot and the sought-after Competition Tab, a symbol of honor within the company.

The highlight of the event was the victory of the 🔵 2nd Platoon, GOONS🔵, marking a significant moment of achievement.

Here's a glimpse into the Confidence Course. Confidence stands at the core of infantry training. To foster this crucial trait, the trainees from EZ Company navigated a series of challenging obstacles designed to enhance, cultivate, and solidify self-trust. This course isn't just about physical agility; it's a journey towards inner strength and reliance 🤙
