DO NOT report crimes or emergencies here; call 911 or the Office non-emergency number at (406) 346-2715. The Rosebud County Sheriff's Office was established in 1901. Since its inception there have been 6 appointed and 14 elected Sheriffs. Sheriff Allies was elected in 2007 and began his third term in 2015. Our Office currently employs 14 full time sworn deputies along with 4 full time detention of

ficers and 5 full time dispatchers. Administration and records are located at the Forsyth Office, located at 180 13th Avenue South in Forsyth. General Office hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00a – 5:00p, except state and federal holidays. Office Administration can be reached at (406) 346-2715. Jail visitation is Saturdays from 12:00p-5:00p and Tuesdays from 5:00p – 9:00p. Fingerprints are walk in Tuesdays 1p-4p, and Saturday 6p-9p. You are not guaranteed an appointment and finger prints are done according to the Detention Officers availability.

What an incredible journey it has been. We are so excited to share that every puppy has officially found their forever home!

We want to extend a huge thank you to everyone who shared our posts, spread the word, and helped us along the way. Most importantly, thank you to all of the families who opened their hearts and homes to these amazing dogs. Because of you, so many pups now have the loving families they deserve.

While all of the puppies have found homes, we do still have **one very special mama dog** available once she is spayed. She is an absolute sweetheart and is ready to find a forever family of her own after taking such good care of her puppies.

SOLICITOR PERMIT APPROVED: If you see someone going door-to-door (in a red passenger car) around the Forsyth city for the next couple weeks that’s Kaidi Ly Bookgirl! She’s a university student from Estonia, Europe, here on a summer exchange program. Kaidi is visiting families to share educational books and apps — helping kids from toddlers all the way to college prep. She’s the real deal, and her permit has been approved through Forsyth city. If you spot her, be sure to give her a friendly hello!

🚔 Join us in welcoming our newest Deputy!🚔

Today, we had the pleasure of swearing in Deputy Erlanda Arvizu-Carvajal as the newest member of the Rosebud County Sheriff's Office.

Deputy Arvizu-Carvajal will be serving the southern part of the county, and we couldn't be more excited to have her on our team. We know she will be a great addition to our office and the communities she serves.

Yesterday, the Forsyth Kindergarten class stopped by our office for a tour!🚔🐾

The kids got to try out fingerprinting, check out a patrol car, test out the sirens, and see how the body scanner works. They also got a look inside the holding cell, and dispatch center.

Sheriff Fulton had a great time showing them around and answering all of their fun questions. Thank you to the students and staff for coming to visit us! 💛

**** Update, the two juveniles have been located @ 2100 hours****

Currently, we have two missing juveniles, they were last seen riding their bikes on Dry Creek Road (we do NOT need any more searchers at this time). We are assuming the kids are lost in the surrounding hills, but, they may have caught a ride into Forsyth.

Austen Schenk is 6 years old, wearing an orange shirt or light colored shirt, gray pants and tennis shoes.

Sierra Schenk is 11 years old, wearing a white or light colored shirt with a yellow graphic, blue jeans, and tennis shoes.
