💡 Did you know that fluorescent lights can be overwhelming for some autistic people?

What may seem like a normal light to us can feel completely different to someone who is sensitive to flickering. Eyestrain, visual discomfort, and feeling like a room is pulsating can make everyday environments difficult to tolerate.

As parents, understanding these sensory differences helps us create spaces where our children feel safer, calmer, and more comfortable. 💙
