Statements were mailed the morning of August 20,2026. Your payments must be postmarked by September 12th to avoid a late charge. We now offer ACH drafts for your account please drop by our office to complete paperwork if you are interested, the cost is $.75 per month. Our office hours are Thursday and Friday 12-4 pm.

Just a reminder for the customers on our draft. If your account is now at Huntington bank or if you have changed banks, you will need to change your drafting information here at the office, all it takes is one of your new checks. I will need the new voided check no later than 7/31/26 at 2:00 pm. If you are still not on our draft, we would love for you to join the other customers that enjoy the worry free billing. Come by the office to sign up. Office hours are Thursday and Friday afternoons from 12-4. Stay cool and have a blessed day.

Just a reminder that over due accounts will have their meters locked tomorrow. This includes private and commercial (farm) accounts. The cost to unlock a locked meter is now $75.00, and we ask that you be patient till we can get the meter unlocked. We do not take checks on locked meter accounts, only cash, cashier checks or money orders. WE DO NOT ACCEPT PAYMENT BY CARD! If you have been paying a small amount on your bill every month but are carrying a balance for 60 days you are consider overdue and your meter will be locked. Please understand that with rising operation costs we must have our customers pay their bills. Thank you for your understanding.

The CCR (Consumer Confidence Report) for 2025 is included in the latest statements and were mailed April 16, 2026. The payments are due and must be postmarked by May 12th to avoid a late penalty. Please take time and read over the CCR. This report must be filed yearly and sent to the customers of every water association so you know exactly what is in your drinking water. The Board and employees of LLBWA want you, the customer, to know how much we appreciate your faith and trust in us, and we work hard to keep your trust. Thank you for joining us for another year of good drinking water.
