Garfield Elementary

Garfield Elementary Garfield is a primary elementary school in the Forest Park School District 91. Welcome to the Home of the Grizzlies! Garfield teaches students grades K-2.

Garfield Primary Elementary School serves students on the north end of Forest Park. Students that attend Garfield will then go on to attend Grant-White Intermediate Elementary and Forest Park Middle School.

Students in Ms. Lietz and Ms. Whittington’s classes recently welcomed the Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum for a hands-on science experience all about milkweed plants! Students learned about the important role milkweed plays in nature and explored how these plants support local ecosystems and pollinators.

A huge thank you to our amazing Forest Park PTO, Engage Church, and all of our wonderful families for the thoughtful treats, meals, gifts, decorations, and kind words throughout the week. Your generosity and support mean so much to our staff and made each day feel truly appreciated.
